WangCuci88 Bonus Rules: Turnover, Limits & Claims

These general bonus rules apply to every WangCuci88 promotion, including the free credit RM88 on registration and the daily free credit RM88. Each promotion also has its own terms on the promotion page. Where the two differ, the promotion's own terms apply.

1. Who can claim

• Players aged 18 and above with a verified WangCuci88 account.
• One claim per person, household, phone number, payment account and device for each promotion, unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Some offers are for new members only, others for existing members. Check the promotion before you claim.

2. Turnover

Turnover is the total value of qualifying bets you must place before a bonus, and winnings from it, can be withdrawn.

These are examples only, not current offers. The real multiplier, the balance it applies to and the game contribution are stated in each promotion.

3. Eligible games and maximum bet

• A promotion may be limited to certain games, for example slots only. Bets on other games may not count towards turnover, or may cancel the bonus.
• While turnover is in progress, a maximum bet per spin or round may apply. Bets above this limit can lead to the bonus and its winnings being cancelled.

4. Withdrawal limits

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all accounts.
• Some free credit promotions have a maximum withdrawal. Any balance above that amount is removed when you withdraw.
• Withdrawals are paid only to a bank or e-wallet account in the registered player's name.

5. Expiry

• Each promotion has a claim window. Unclaimed offers expire at the end of it.
• After you claim, the bonus and its turnover must be completed within the time stated in the promotion. Unfinished bonuses expire and are removed.

6. One promotion at a time

Unless a promotion says it can be combined, only one active bonus is allowed at a time. Finish or cancel the current bonus before claiming another.

7. Bonus abuse

The following count as bonus abuse and may lead to bonuses and winnings being cancelled and the account being closed:

• Opening several accounts, or using another person's account, phone number or payment account.
• Working with other players to claim the same offer more than once.
• Low-risk betting patterns designed only to clear turnover, such as betting both sides of the same outcome.
• Using software, bots or any method that gives an unfair advantage.

8. Changes and decisions

WangCuci88 may change, suspend or end any promotion. Bonuses already claimed follow the terms that applied when they were claimed. If you disagree with a decision about a bonus, contact support with the promotion name and claim time so it can be reviewed.
