These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who registers or plays at WangCuci88 (wangcuci88.com). By creating an account or using the website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play.
You are responsible for making sure online gaming is allowed where you live.
Each person may hold one account only. Accounts must be registered in the player's own name.

2. Your account

The information you give when registering, including your name, phone number and bank or e-wallet details, must be true and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP codes private. WangCuci88 staff will never ask for them.
Any activity on your account is treated as yours. Tell support immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
WangCuci88 may ask for verification, such as proof of identity or proof of the payment account, before approving a withdrawal.

3. Deposits

The minimum deposit is RM10.
Deposits can be made by Malaysian e-wallet, online bank transfer or QR, using the methods shown on the deposit page.
Upload a full, clear receipt screenshot so your deposit can be checked. Deposits from a payment account in another person's name may be rejected.

4. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50.
Withdrawals are paid only to a bank or e-wallet account in the same name as the registered player.
If a promotion is active, its turnover and other conditions must be met before you can withdraw. See section 5.
Processing time can vary depending on the payment method and verification checks.

5. Bonuses and free credit

Every promotion, including the free credit RM88 on registration and the daily free credit RM88, has its own terms on the promotion page. Those terms apply together with these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion terms may include turnover, eligible games, a maximum bet, a minimum withdrawal, a maximum withdrawal and an expiry date. Read them before you claim.
Each promotion can be claimed once per person, household, phone number, payment account or device, unless its terms say otherwise.
Using several accounts, working with other players, or any other method to abuse a promotion may lead to the bonus and related winnings being cancelled.
WangCuci88 may change or end a promotion at any time. Promotions already claimed will follow the terms in place when they were claimed.

6. Games and bets

Games are provided by third-party providers. The result recorded by the provider's system is final.
If a game malfunctions or a connection error occurs, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned.
Bets cannot be cancelled once they are accepted.

7. Prohibited activity

The following are not allowed and may lead to account suspension or closure:

Opening more than one account, or using another person's account or payment details.
Fraud, money laundering, chargebacks or using stolen payment methods.
Using software, bots or any method to gain an unfair advantage.
Abusive behaviour towards staff or other players.

8. Suspension and closure

WangCuci88 may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may also ask support to close your account at any time, or to set a limit or break as described on our responsible gaming page.

9. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use WangCuci88 after an update means you accept the new terms.
